Lmao ok so what's next could I fix the bent valve I wish Ive done that sooner

All in diagnosis, in the first post you said it had compression and we started down the path to spark, then fuel.  You will need to pull thr carb, breather cover, compress the spring, extract the keepers, and pull the valve.  A new valve will be sourced and will at minimum need to be lapped in, and valve lash set.

Split the case right down to the crank to replace valves and retainers just wondering if anyone has a engine schematic for model K3415 spec 71128a and any good place to order valve kits

You dont have to open it up to do valves, don't even really have to pull it off the frame.

:text-yeahthat:

You do need a valve spring compressor, but they are not expensive and if you’ve got enough mechanical skill to open an engine, they you’ll have no trouble.
