Thats funky, I have not seen many 1967 WH's but I do not think even they came out with a v-twin at that age, I would guess a engine swap, now about the 12hp v-twin I have no knowledge of whatsoever, but it has got me curious, so I am going to have to do some research.

******UPDATE*******

My eyes are not that good apparantly, it is a Kohler 12hp TWIN cylinder, NOT a V-twin, sorry everyone, I need to pay closer attention to the words!

If it's a twin cylinder 12 HP I don't think it's a Kohler.

Yeah I know they did not put those engines on them in 67, I was thinking it would have to be a engine swap, but hey I am still learning!

All of the larger Kohler Command twins are V-twins, as are the newest large block engines.

Certainly not a 1967-era engine, but there are many of them out there.
