KB9LOR 4 #3 Posted September 17, 2009 Brian I have never heard of a Kohler v-twin 12 but that is not to say they exsist. Thats funky, I have not seen many 1967 WH's but I do not think even they came out with a v-twin at that age, I would guess a engine swap, now about the 12hp v-twin I have no knowledge of whatsoever, but it has got me curious, so I am going to have to do some research. ******UPDATE******* My eyes are not that good apparantly, it is a Kohler 12hp TWIN cylinder, NOT a V-twin, sorry everyone, I need to pay closer attention to the words! Don1977 604 #4 Posted September 17, 2009 If it's a twin cylinder 12 HP I don't think it's a Kohler.
wheel horse 1045 2 #5 Posted September 17, 2009 wh did not put twin engines in the tractors in 1967
KB9LOR 4 #6 Posted September 17, 2009 Yeah I know they did not put those engines on them in 67, I was thinking it would have to be a engine swap, but hey I am still learning! Brian

All of the larger Kohler Command twins are V-twins, as are the newest large block engines. Certainly not a 1967-era engine, but there are many of them out there.
