Meteorologists are the only professionals that cam be wrong the majority of the time and we still pay attention to what they are saying.

My forecast for the Big Show is warmer than cold but cooler than hot unless it is sunny while snowing on a rainy day.              :hide:

I usually go with the forecast that the weather today will be like the weather yesterday.

Studies ha e found that this weather model has about the same accuracy as the weather forecasts have.

I predict that my cooling bill will go up at least 20% even if the temperature stays the same.  Of course I am using facts, the fact that the electric companies jacked up the prices that much.

Just yesterday I looked at the radar map and saw it was clear so I hopped in the car and made it to the end of the driveway when the largest raindrops ever pelted the car.

Love it when they say higher than normal, what is normal, what is it based on, the last 5 years, 10 years, 20 years. They've been telling us that for at least 15 years now. Much like down here every year for the past 12 years they say "this years hurricane season is going to be higher than NORMAL".

NO,      the politicians are never wrong,   just ask them,   they will tell you,      they are correct, the rest of the world is wrong.      :text-baaa:

That’s what I had too. Crazy. We’ll make up for it this week.

Yep, supposed to hit 68, though.  85 by Friday.

Donna's(above ground)  pool is up to 65.  I'll bet it's well into the 70s by Friday.

Mid to low 80's for the show, hell it's 90 down here right now with 91 to 93 for the rest of the week and that's not counting the heat index.

More like 50%. Maryland is shuttering a few coal and gas fired plants this month, with no plan to replace them, and since those plants are part of the MD/PA/NJ grid, our prices, in all three states, are slated to rise by half.

It's pointless to even look at the weather forecast until at least Father's Day outside of the Hurricane path's and Canadian smoke. Then the extended forecast you see on Monday morning will change 3 times before Thursday

I figure when the jet stream changes, so will our weather from cool and wet to hot and dry.
