Fender pan bushings

I’m looking for bushings for Rylee’s 875, among maybe more machines we have that could use them.  The local ACE has no such items.  I even considered a shoulder bolt, but didn’t find anything close there either.  Thoughts, ideas or suggested modifications are welcome to get this seat level again!

Kevin - are those flanged bushings?? A sketch with ID, OD length, etc and material would be helpful....

Automotive door hinges often have flanged bronze or nylon bushings for the pin. Perhaps a body shop could help. From my GM experience.

The fender pan was wallowed out. I found bushings that fit the shoulder bolts rear tunnel and drilled the fender pan to fit.

I think I found what I needed “in stock”!  @squonk I was actually looking for a K-181 flywheel for you.  Found an engine with no flywheel but no go on the spinner…

Umm, you have a tool in your shop that spins things and allows you to cut them to make cylindrical parts any size you want. Just sayin'
