TonyToro 1,108 #1 Posted May 24 Hey everyone…a friend of a friend has an A-100 and he was told I mess around with WheelHorse tractors. Lol So he contacted me yesterday to say that his tractor that he bought new now has a wobbly shifter. I haven’t worked on one of these yet. I just looked at a diagram for the transmission but can’t find a diagram that shows a shifter. Before I tell him yeah I’ll take a look, I figured I would research a little. If anyone has encountered this and knows the fix that would be helpful as well. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Could be the cast aluminum housing has a crack in it. Find out what model number he has and download the manual to the transmission before you do anything else.

TonyToro 1,108 #15 Posted Wednesday at 12:49 AM I had a few spare minutes tonight. Took the seat and seat pan off. Looks like someone was already in the transmission. There is blue gasket sealant around the shifter and gear case. The three bolts appear to have been thread from the inside? I can see threads around the shifter cover??
