This all started when I got my B-80 in September she wanted one too. Yesterday I bought this little Raider 10 from @bowtieguy and she’s been stoked to paint it deep cherry red with a clear coat. Let’s see where this adventure takes us!!

I don’t know how old your little sis is, but that’s awesome nonetheless!  This is a mainly male hobby, and it makes me grin every time my girls hop on for a ride!

Yes I 100% agree. It’s very sad how girls now days wanna make TikTok videos and wouldn’t dare go outside, but there are still some out there willing to learn and work on and drive old iron. I consider myself lucky to have got a sister like that!

Back on the Raider! I bought a cheapo carb off scamazon, and guess what? It doesn’t fit! Almost like I knew it wasn’t gonna work but I still bought it! This is a question for all you Techy nerds. I’ve seen people do the k181 carb swap on these, does it work? Does it start reliably? Just pondering. If I can get er’ going I’ve got a show tomorrow it’ll go to. Thanks again

Never mind, it works! I bolted that sucker up and she fired right up after 6yrs! Now I’ve got to finish up the throttle system and put a temporary redneck stack on it and call it good till tear down this winter!!
