Believe it or not some of the gears are salvageable but the entire cluster gear is missing more teeth than an old school goalie!

I will need some help with finding some gears, seals and bearings.

@stevasaurus has a post on the three piece that is outstanding.  He may have a cluster gear or two kicking around too.

Thanks, it was sitting in a back yard for many years, lots of rust inside and out.

Nice original Suburban. It even has the original belt guard and exhaust shield.
Your transmission casting date A30-0 translates to January 30, 1960.
The solid seat pan also dates it to possibly be an earlier one. Looks like you missing the foot rest and front rims. Those rims can be hard to find due to the center tube being longer than many later ones. They were only used in 60/61. The tires were filled with calcium chloride for weight which rusted the rims out.

On the dash between the throttle and choke levers that plate has a serial number stamped in it. With the rust the stamping can be very light. Polish it with scotch bite or fine steel wool and see if you can make any numbers out on it.
I’am 4 hours down the road in Marble Falls, Tx.

Thanks for the info, I actually tried to message Jake but it wouldn't let me message him... maybe I haven't gone through the secret hazing /initiation yet .

Nice score ... orginal survivor. :thumbs2:
