I've heard tell that The lighter out of the back doors on some 60's vintage Lincoln's is the same. Of course those old Lincoln's are also easy to find.

the 60's Chevy Belair's had one that's pretty close looker if you don't mind not being absolutely original. You can find repo's at some of the auto places like jegs or summit.
