They fit fine at the pump. #103213 / #103214 Pump Replacement Hydraulic Hoses for C-160 Wheel Horse

Bar Nuthin 1,061 #54 Posted July 16 It looks like these adapters will work nicely to go from ORB-6 down to ORB-5. Any advice on how to purge the air from the system? I'll probably finish assembling tonight.

Bar Nuthin 1,061 #58 Posted July 17 (edited) I will need to take it apart again to address a small leak at the end of the cylinder, but it's not so bad that it can't wait awhile. Somewhere on the site is post on a hack to add an external o-ring and washer. Also needs a proper roll pin for the handle. All in all, a much easier project than I anticipated. Handy Don 14,061 #61 Posted July 17 1 hour ago, Bar Nuthin said: Not the original post I saw with photos, But an excellent explanation, all the same. In order to fit the mechanicals into the small space on the tractor, WH decided to use the “retract” motion of the cylinder rod for the “heavy” lift. This puts more fluid pressure on the rod end of the cylinder and works that O-ring seal harder.
