The attached "Demystification Guide shows the complete wiring system and then breaks it down by function. Check it out and you will gain some understanding of which components are related to various functions. Once you begin to understand what each component does the wiring will not seem as intimidating. The PTO Switch is in fact two switches that are mounted together. One of them prevents the starter from being used if the PTO is on, the other one allows the engine to run with the PTO on if the seat switch is activated by the driver being in the seat. Here is a link to all electrical wiring references we have related to your tractor. https://www.wheelhorseforum.com/search/?q=21-12K804 wiring&type=downloads_file&updated_after=any&sortby=relevancy&search_and_or=and

Though TORO no longer has the switch similar switch used on appliances like washers or dryers to prevent operation with the door open can get the job done. It is typically mounted on the right side behind the belt guard in line with the rod from the brake peddle
Wvtroutbum81 296 #30 Posted Friday at 11:23 PM Success! Got the wiring figured out. Next problem is the float, its cracked and flooding the carb. Thanks for all the great info.
