nylyon-(Admin) 7,132 #3 Posted September 8, 2009 My daily driver is my 2003 F-250 Lariat 6.0 PowerStroke Diesel. Gotta love a 7200# vehicle getting 21MPG highway The wife has a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Limited (XJ), with all the options! And finally for putting around on a nice sunny day, my 1987 Nissan 300ZX Turbo (all the options on this one too). The kids are already fighting over who gets that car! The Durango (sadly) is gone. Loved that 2005 Dodge.
travisg84 1 #4 Posted September 8, 2009 Well, as far as a daily driver my wife and I drive a 2007 Honda Fit ,you can't beat 40 mpg and have room for the kids and all the junk that goes along. As far as my vehicle (that I don't drive near as much as I want) I have 1993 2500 4x4 Chevy with the 6.5L turbo diesel we just call it "the rattle trap". taycotrains 52 #12 Posted September 9, 2009 Mine is a 2005 F-250 that was a great truck the first 4 years that I owned it. Now its just a pain in the b#lls with all the problems I been having with it since May. 63000 miles and its been to the dealer 5 times this summer ! If I ever buy another diesel again it will have a R Model Mack "wrapped" around it. At least then if it breaks down I can fix it myself. BT
Raider12 13 #13 Posted September 9, 2009 My ride is a 1995 Chevrolet 3500 HD 4x4. I have plowed snow with this truck for over 10 years now. It has a Vortec 350 (added 4 years ago) and a Detroit locker in the rear and a Electric Locker in the front. Im pretty serious about not getting stuck. truckin88 104 #18 Posted September 11, 2009 the jeep which is now sold, as you can guess it was a tank in the snow, esp after the BFG A/T's: For the 2006 Ram Quad Cab Hemi SLT 4x4, I get 18.1 mpg on my 30+ mile commute, thats with 20" Rims and 3.92's and a limited slip way better then the heep.
