Two stage snow blower.

I recently purchased a 2 stage blower Model # 79361. Price $100. It is missing the chain to drive the auger and The belt bracket that holds the anti sway bracket (included) Is there a source for the chain, and how important is the anti-sway bracket? I can't find a part number for the belt cover bracket. Thanks for any help from the forum.

The chain is a fairly easy thing to find. Just a cut to fit number 40 roller like you'd find on a lot of bikes or motorcycles Etc.

Do you have any pictures of the bracket that you are asking about? I think I'm running a two stage without that as well.

Here's a video of mine after we replaced the chain last fall.

Thanks for the info on the chain. I can get it on Amazon for a reasonable amount, and cut it to the length I need . I don't see the part on your video. It is a bracket that bolts to the frame and the pulley cover attaches to it,

I believe I have one on the shelf but didn't install it.

You both have Two Stage Tall Chutes.

Any thoughts?

@Dlevin    Part # 117550-01 guard bracket available and bumper bracket / sway bracket N / A. There are small parts you will need to get that set up. Go on Parts Tree and enter in # 79361. Maybe a member on here would have what you need to save some money.  Sway bracket keeps the 2 stage lined up so it doesn't walk side to side when you get into the heavy wet snow and ice at the end of your driveway when the belt starts to wear a groove in your hood. I wouldn't use it without it. JMO.  Good Luck
