Clutch plate

Recommended Posts

mikemc53

I'm looking to get a clutch plate (friction disc) for the pto clutch on my '78 C-81. Not sure of part numbers or exactly the best place to get one.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

@mikemc53  , just another thing bout rotational drag , its collective bearing movement points , that make up for PTO / MULE  DRIVE MOVEMENT , how easily can you move the  mule drive belt , by hand to the deck ?  thats what tears up a clutch disc , might check out how the related bearings move . ease in my pto lever , smooth spin up , no whyining noise . lots of related , deck bearing /  mule  drive bearing , pulleys on this site . just a suggestion, pete

I used one of these, they were really cheap off the jungle. I used JB weld or a heat resistant epoxy iirc.

I had a PTO pulley assembly as a weight to try and hold the disc in place while it dried
