Hi, I blew the drive belt this evening and am having a tough time tracking one down online this evening. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

I don't know if 314-8 models are all the same

Transmission drive belt 78-7100 replaced by 7473 - HB x 81.9" or 5/8" x 81.9"

Look for a 5/8" x 82" belt

The sides of the belt must be cloth covered - no raw rubber

Try Tractor Supply.    The only belts I use.

@Spottedeventer,  also check out the  idler pulley on that , for  easy rotation . small bearing is known for failure / rough intended function . would also get after related linkage points for lubrication , usually rusty / dry  binding . like a penetrating oil tube spray . and a chassis grease in related chassis connections . also agree with @Ed Kennell  on the belts , have them on , drive /  deck /  mule drive. very good function , pete

Thank you! I’ll check it out. A friend’s dad went over this tractor this winter. He loves these mowers

A B82 has an inside circumference of 82" A 5L820 has an outside circumference of 82" The correct belt size is 82" outside.
