Where exactly is this show in Florida Lane? I can't zoom in on the map to tell.

I put a bug in an ear about a FL vacation. Shhh she doesn't know it's a tractor show.

My wife fell for that once, now she knows me too well.

Fort Meade is a little north of Sebring FL.  Lots of good motels to choose from in Sebring, nothing in Ft. Meade.

Yes the Hampton Inn is a good spot to stay in Lake Wales just north of Avon Park.  The show is actually west of State Route 27 out in the Orange  fields in Avon park, Florida.

I have been to the November, January and February shows over the years and can't say any one show is better than the other. The grounds are huge and generally sold out in advance.  The variety of items on display and the Village buildings are a full day's worth and the vendor area seems endless. Unless you enjoy walking A LOT you might want to bring a :wh: or rent a golf cart.

Locals all say the February show is the "Biggest/Best" but i've been to them all and not real sure about that. They have Theme  tractor for each show but you will see any and all sorts of things at any time. Definitely a lot to see and a lot of walking.

A LOT is an understatement:handgestures-thumbupright: been to the Feb. show 9 years ago, don't think I could make the walk now, rent a cart would be the first thing I'd do.

I'll be there on Friday 2/23. We generally go ever year. I'm determined to try to take my Farmall H & Hercules H&M next year. I agree with the others, it's HUGE and if you have any walking issues, you'll need something to ride around in. They rent golf carts there, but I'm pretty sure you have to pre-register.

The link to their website is here. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere like the Biglerville show.

The weather was beautiful! Here are some pictures. This place is MASSIVE! You would have to spend a few days here to see everything. I'm taking my golf cart next time, not sure why I didn't this time :dunno: They have a couple different areas. Flea market, engine displays, tractor displays, a village with displays, tractor pulls, vendor section, camping, etc.

Not many Wheel Horses, but when I saw this I thought @wallfish was here!

I didn't have mine here this year, but I plan on joining the IH Florida Chapter 27 club that has their own building at Florida Flywheelers where you can display.

This particular tractor came from the same collection I bought my Farmall H from.
