Jon Paulsen 282 #1 Posted December 14, 2023 (edited) Can't find a manual on this one. I take it it's a 48" deck? Edit: S/N 2000734 Edited December 14, 2023 by Jon Paulsen
Jon Paulsen 282 #2 Posted December 14, 2023 Found the goods. Just needed to add a dash to the model number (15-48). And it seems it is a 48 inch deck.
daveoman1966 3,612 #3 Posted December 15, 2023 When doing a search, the model # MUST be exactly as: 15-48SC03. This is the TORO MPV model # format. https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?xCaller=Toro&lang=us_en

Jon Paulsen 282 #5 Posted March 15 (edited) So, on this deck I have one failed plastic roller out of five. The front center roller cracked out on the inside. I thought I would just buy the one and run it, then I see they are not expensive. I also see they have changed to a different part number and quite different looking. https://www.jackssmallengines.com/jacks-parts-lookup/part/108798 I am wonder if I need to get 5. Maybe I need 5 because changing just one would make it mow funny (different diameter?)? Maybe I need 5 because if 1 failed the others might be ready to fail? Maybe I just need one because the last owner cracked it on a rock and the others are fine? Maybe the diameter is close enough, especially for the center roller of the 3 front rollers? What do you horse lovers suggest? Edit: just over $11 each plus shipping. I'm thinking I should avoid paying shipping twice if replacing just the failed roller is a no go. I think the new ones will retrofit, haven't actually tried, I have a bucketfull of old ones if you're anywhere near me.
Jon Paulsen 282 #7 Posted March 20 Thanks a lot for the information @Rick3478 ! I found one at the jungle site for the same price, free prime shipping, original style but made by Stens. Stens has dimensions listed and mine measures very close, so I went that route. The image linked at jacks looks like it's a bit larger. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0015MG7QI?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=
