:D

It was an experiment based on how I used to handle emails at work when I got 50 or more each day.

In future, I”ll be sure to use RED

Long as it's not green or yellow :naughty:

Noticed the lower pinion was pinned on so got the steering shaft off.

Check out the fancy roll pin that was in it.

Going to just grind the weld down flat. Get a cap from Lowell to hide the ugly and call it a day.

Tried to remove the tank screws. Got one out and half the threads came with it.

Going to seal as is and just enough sealer to cover the lower outside..

. "Sorry EB"  On one hand it has been open recently, on the other how well was it "repaired" at that time?

That was exactly my thought process.

I wouldn't have messed with those screws.

I say try the seal. You've had good luck, know the drill, and can have @Achto do the work while you mix the drinks... er, manage... :occasion-xmas:

You know what they say: If you want it done right.....

Sealling came out well. 96 Hr cure time tho... talk about watching paint dry!

Grey spot is sealer coming out around the leak.

Amigo tank came out nice too... I hope....:hide: Back on and plumbed.

There's enough sealer in the kit to do a five gallon tank or so they say. Since these little gys just take a small amount so instead of letting it go hard in the can work bench got the rest.

Dad always said... waste not want not....

Not really Richard ... it leaked down below through drill holes.

Woulda been a nicer job if I woulda belt sanded the 2xs first.

Gotta find out with this stuff actually is. Some kind of urethane and woulda made for a nice durable bench top coating when done right.
