For sale locally. Seller claims everything turns free and no rot. Asking price of 375.00. Is this a fair price?  

 

And 

Will this fit either 414-8?

In my opinion, it’s worth closer to $100. For comparison, I just sold a C121 with the same deck, in better condition (based on the picture) for $350.

Agreed.  

 

There's definitely less expensive AND better condition decks around.
