What 3 speeds had a straight shifter?

I’m sorting through my Suburbans.  Looking at differences, similarities, etc.  one has a straight shifter.  A quick search tells me 701/702?  Were those the only models that had a straight rod to begin with?

Yep my 701 has the HY-2 kit and it looks as if at some point someone cut the shifter in half and welded back at an angle. Whoever did it did a good job. May have been a dealer done deal IDK.?.
