This is the wrong forum for negotiation, so about the original problem - a sheared flywheel key might result in having spark but not at the right time to make it run. For me Ebay is a much better place to sell than FB marketplace (full of tire kickers). The last two years I've done well selling tools on ebay I've funded a couple trips and upgraded tools; FB, it is just terrible and I wont waste my time with the scammers and mouth breathers.
