This thread is awesome :laughing-rofl:

:text-yeahthat:    It certainly is!   You 2 guys are the best for hooking Richard up like this.  Now I hope you understand why I didn't want anything for those parts.

Nice of you to volunteer Dan to change the tires out!

Just one question - new paint on the rims or leave them as they are?

Didn't get a chance to tinker with it today.

Whitey needed new pads & rotors on the rear & Dan didn't tell me the trick to retract the parking brake shoes. What a pain!

Can peel the tires off and blast the rims you want them painted Richard

Standard TR13 valve stems on the tubes.

@953 nut I can vouch for both @Achto and @WHX?? when it comes to gentle treatment of our little A60 fillies... They may look and act rough and tough but my little :scared-shocked:girl had nothing but praise for their gentlemanly conduct throughout her lengthy stay in the hinterlands of Wisconsin... :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Geez thanks Sylvia... and I told Dan not to pee on the tire...:laughing-rolling:

BTW I need to take a picture of that diode. Definitely not like the one I put on yours. Not needed if the deck is off.

I am going to replace the power cord on the charger Richard. The old one is a flat style pigtail and bare spots covered with black tape and chaffed in alot of spots. We did plug it and it was charging the batteries.

Please do send a pic of diode. Not planning to use deck but nice to have...

Yes the charger cord is not up to WH standards... Mine of course was not used, but it is thin flat and cheap... I treat it with care...

? Sylvia when you turn the charging knob to charge does it return itself to what we think is a float mode?

I deleted the manual... figured what are my chances of ever having a :scared-shocked: in my shop again... 🤔

20231106_194553.jpg

The diode...the red thingy appears to be just a cap plug.

20231106_194543.jpg

Another thing noted is I found a wiring harness running up into the steering column. We figured and what's left of the wiring diagram under the trunk kinda confirmed it was for a volt meter that was here. Maybe similar to what is on the charger???

Dan looked down ther with a flashlite and reported a mouse house. We best investigate to make sure no bare wires.

20231106_194559.jpg

One more thing was the main fuse. Has definitely been messed with. Pic tomorrow... I ain't running out ther in my skivies again. How's that for a visual Sylvia? :laughing-rolling:

Ah, um, possibly.

I’ve vowed to find a good home for at least a year for that Lawn Ranger that I will NEVER use. But....then I kinda sorta got a mower deck for it and it’s still here.

Sadly the lift hardware did not. But not a deal breaker for Richard's intended use.

Got an email from the seller today saying he forgot to give you the box with all the parts and pieces for the deck lift so he is mailing them to me.
