Picked up another

WHX correct about ACR.I didn’t know this until I looked through the manual.

I was a only getting 30# reading with the bad head gasket.

 

Today I ran it,went through all the gears with no problems.:greetings-clappingyellow: cleaned the tank, replaced the  gas lines and changed the oil.

 

Now I’m  draining the last bit of devil snot out of the tranny.

I raised the front to get the last bit of gunk out.

Actually not too bad. Probably the same oil that it left the dealership with...

 

When it looks like chocolate milk, that's when I'd be concerned. That just looks like mostly old gear oil.

Chocolate milk or delicious thick coffee.

I agree.

No water in it all far as I could tell or metal flakes.

There’s nothing like the smell of ancient gear oil.

One could certainly take that multiple ways!

 

To some it's better than any flower. 

To others.... well not so much.  

 

We went to the Wright Museum of WWII recently.  

The large space where the vehicles are on display... Smelled amazing!

That old oil.
