Hey guys still kinda new with this tractor.. but why is my mower deck like this while in travel position? One side being really low other side really high. Something wrong or is this normal?

The lift on these decks is not quite in the center, so it will tilt if it's not pulled up tight against the stops.  May need to shorten the lift chain a bit.  Or longer shot, one of the rubber bumpers may be damaged.

@Jake.DiGregorio would also remove the  , shifter plate , 4 Philips screws , and look at what you are planning to do , side view view , does not give you a direct lift action effect . would also go over all related linkage end points , with some aerosol lubrication , penetrating oil first , make the rust run out , then red aerosol  spray grease , probably make things work easier . front of deck is typicity  off the ground with wheel contact . also like to spray into lift lever , top push point ,and bronze bushings on inside of shifter plate area , give them a drink , Pete

The cross bar at the front of your deck needs to be firmly mounted into both sides of the Mid-Mount-Attach-A-Matic
