Jason X 13 #1 Posted September 18 My "72 raider 10 has no spark. New plug. Checked coil. No ohms. Replaced. Ohms good. New condenser. Still no spark.Waiting for new points delivery. If it's not the points I figure it's the kill switch. Ignition switch is new too. "M" lead on Ignition switch is the kill switch best I can figure. Where does the kill wire go from the Ignition switch in case it's not the points? Has Kohler K series 10.
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 9,903 #2 Posted September 18 Your model number indicates the tractor is a 1973 10hp 8-speed. If you have an "M" terminal the switch is for magneto ignition. You need a switch for battery ignition if you have the external can coil. 19 items on the 1-0365 model. https://www.wheelhorseforum.com/search/?q=1-0365&quick=1&type=downloads_file

pfrederi 16,259 #6 Posted September 18 Misread Spec # I think it is 46636d (Shows as WH) had a battery coil points ignition (I thought it was 46656d which is not a valid spec#)
953 nut 47,537 #7 Posted September 18 As Garry said I think you have the wrong ignition switch. Read this post.

rmaynard 14,221 #12 Posted September 19 Coils can be had at any Napa autoparts, eBay, or Amazon. Just make sure that it has the internal resistor.
