T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,352 #1 Posted August 14, 2009 I might go look at this: Price is right and it's nearby, but it may be gone before I can get there (too busy this weekend). It does run and drive, but that's all know. But I sort of miss my 753. :thumbs2:
Rollerman 290 #2 Posted August 14, 2009 Hope it works out for you Terry....thats a decent looking 633! You won't paint it yellow & white will you?
WHC-125 4 #3 Posted August 14, 2009 Terry, I hope everything goes to plan, or else you might
nylyon-(Admin) 7,130 #4 Posted August 14, 2009 Nice, and 1963.... great year :thumbs2:
CasualObserver 3,406 #5 Posted August 14, 2009 Looks real nice there T-Mo... Hope you manage to snag it. I wonder about the run & drive thing though...? Looks like the original recoil is laying under the seat and it not electric start ... you can see the battery tray tool box sitting in that one. Either way, for the right price, it would follow me home if I were you.
whfan74 2,015 #6 Posted August 14, 2009 Good luck! I hope you are able to snag that one up. It is frustrating when things don't always line up how we want them to. Keep us posted!
sorekiwi 761 #7 Posted August 14, 2009 Price is right and it's nearby, but it may be gone before I can get there (too busy this weekend). Cant you sneak out for a bit to... umm, ahh "get gas for the mower" or something? and then accidently come across this tractor on the way home? Looks pretty decent. I'd go for it! BTW and (sorry) , if anyone needs a battery tray toolbox, I have one off a 502 I could possibly be talked into selling (or trading??)
T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,352 #8 Posted August 14, 2009 You won't paint it yellow & white will you? Nope, not gonna do it..... I hope everything goes to plan, or else you might Does it ever go according to plan. Nice, and 1963.... great year You mean the year JFK was shot...there wouldn't be another reason you think 1963 is a good year, would it.... But, yeah, I like the round hoods - they sort of grew on me. I wonder about the run & drive thing though...? Looks like the original recoil is laying under the seat and it not electric start ... you can see the battery tray tool box sitting in that one. Yeah, the run & drive thing sort of scares me.... that could mean a lot of things. Also good eye, Jason, I didn't see the recoil start under the seat. Too bad there isn't a shot of the other side to see what's there, recoil or not. It is frustrating when things don't always line up how we want them to. True, and I know I probably will be too busy to go check this out... Cant you sneak out for a bit to... umm, ahh "get gas for the mower" or something? and then accidently come across this tractor on the way home? That's what I'm thinking - sneaking away, but I doubt if I can. Just too many things this weekend.

TJ 171 #10 Posted August 14, 2009 If you can't get there, I am only 503.78 miles away. I hope it is still there for you, when you find the time. Tom
WHC-125 4 #11 Posted August 14, 2009 I am only 1229.59 miles away so I will stop by tonight if that is good :thumbs2:
sorekiwi 761 #12 Posted August 15, 2009 Looks like the original recoil is laying under the seat and it not electric start ... Maybe its a spare recoil - every Tecumseh needs a spare recoil handy... :thumbs2:
