I believe that this is the steering wheel insert that you need. They also offer one that is 2" diameter. https://wheelhorsepartsandmore.com/product/steering-wheel-insert-small-round-wheel-horse-colored-logo/ Providing that you have a starter solenoid, this Indak key switch would suit your needs. Or any other Indak switch that as an "S" and an "M" terminal on it. Your may have to reconfigure the plug for the switch. https://www.amazon.com/Stens-Starter-Switch-AM102551-430-538/dp/B000VYNG7E/ref=asc_df_B000VYNG7E/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=167152075853&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3812461558049390371&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9019234&hvtargid=pla-312236733775&psc=
