Figs

Well.  This is my haul for the week.  I have already made pudding and jam.  My bride made fig and walnut pie.  Open for suggestions.  I made fig rolls with fig, water chestnut,  beef liver, wrapped in prosciutto and pan fried.  Tasty but not well received by my bride.

Have you considered drying them?

I think I may go that route.  They are great.  I keep picking.  Once I stop the birds, beetles, and wasps take them all out.  I made and canned some tasty sweet/slightly spicy fig BBQ sauce.  That only took care of 1/3.  Drying sounds like a plan
