predator 420 pto

Hello all. I am looking for suggestions on adapting the pto from my C series tractor to a harbor freight predator 420 13hp engine. I know the predator motors are a controversial topic however it is the route I have chosen for this particular machine. The intent was to mostly use it for plowing so no PTO required but it would be handy to have. Looking to hear from someone that has successfully done the swap that may offer any advice before I attempt to transfer it over. Just looking for any general pointers that will help me along the way to make it go as smoothly as possible.

I have not installed one on a wheel horse. I do have a 420 HF engine. I have never used the electric starter. It starts easy with the pull starter, the only thing I don't like is I have to used the choke every time it's started even If it ran 5 minuets ago. You will have to adapt the !" crank shaft with a keyed sleeve to used the WH drive pulley and PTO if it is going on a C-101. I'm not sure about the correct height needed with the existing engine mounting plate.. The back side of the PTO lope hole is your crank shaft center line. I can;t say it will fit there, but If If it moves forward or backward the standard WH belts won't work. I have installed a Briggs Vanguard on a C-120 in the correct location, and there isn't any room to spare. You have more room with the gas tank under the fender.
