Used 46.4 gal of "petrol" in 695 miles covered. Averaged 14.97 MPG with the big 5.3

Nice, my Tundra with a smaller V8 managed 14.7 with three adults and my 6x12 steel trailer.

We had more weight on the way back than down. 2 more decks, a set of wheels, a tub of Junk from Bob Maynard, Apples snowplow,a couple of mufflers and a bag of Dorito's! :)

You guys really had some loads. V90 (4-cylinder, turbo, super) with me alone, my dinky 5x8 trailer with the tractor plus the flail mower. I was pleased with 26.3 mpg. Course I wasn’t giving the PA constabulary any reason to stop me to say hello, either. :hide:

  That must have been one big bag of Doritos. The 18 hole 48 inch deck couldn't weigh much.:ROTF:

Not too sure who all was awake at 4:00 AM but here we are at exit 104 at the Flying J truck stop getting filled up. We only paid $3.11 a gallon for gas.
