Guide jumping throws belt

I have replaced everything that makes this work but still can't keep in place is this normal and if so any ideas how to keep on the guide for deck

:confusion-shrug:   It appears that you have the belt on the small outer pulley of your PTO. Move it to the large pulley and it will line up properly/

It might be one of those decks and setups that required a 6 sided belt.

A flat back part of the belt should not go into the groove of a V pulley. That rear pulley looks like it's a V .

@gwest_ca had posted something before on a 6 sided belt

The guide jumped off the drive the second pic the belt stays on PTO it jumps at the mule drive

Is the belt too long?   It appears the tensioner pulley is maxed out in the slot.

@jtrosp1980  look up a picture of that model set up on this site or on line , also suggest that  all movement points are lubricated  , for easy transitition . pete
