Jacobsen Continental / Renault 4 Cyl. Engine

Does anyone here happen to have a starter for a 4 cylinder 36hp. Continental engine. I'm learning that this is a Renault R-11 engine made for continental. This is out of a 2001 Jacobsen Turfcat. The starter I currently have is done for. The outer casing has ben welded one too many times and broke off. I'm also in need of a complete air filter assembly which I believe was made by Donaldson at one time or another. The air filter assembly is missing on this one. All help is appreciated.
