42" mowing deck locking bar

Metal Blender

Hello I just replaced the deck belt and noticed the locking bar looks bent.

A guy with a name like "Metal Blender"    should be able to bend that back straight.   :D

@METAL BENDER have a pipe / conduit bender and a solid vise ? or a floor press , the stronger your hold point the easier it will bend, have a large truck frame you can fit that into ? might even put that in a press . pete

What happened?! Should be an easy fix. Flat piece of steel and a BF hammer.

Agreed - looks like maybe, just maybe..... the deck got installed before without the fork seated as it was intended....??

@ri702bill  agree with that , possibility , almost looks like it was pulled at that point . have a regular hook up , and detailing on installation , also every thing is lubed and moves with ease . only do that on my stuff , pete
