Welcome to Red square.

See 2 possibilities with same model number and serial number.

Model number 08326

1980 used Kohler K-321s Spec. No. 60357d

1990 used Kohler K-321s Spec. No. 60393

Can't make a link to these but go to

https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?xCaller=Toro

and do search for Workmaster.

22 results will come up. Look down the serial numbers. The first is 1990 and the second is 1980

Did not realize I've done some research on this before.

When I did it I suspected the 1962 date was wrong but perhaps it is not.

Is the engine original? and if so post all the numbers off the engine including the serial number and will keep on it.

This one is the first entry and the same file.

Thank you all for trying to help me figure out what I have.

The engine is out of the buggy but am hoping it's the original. I was told that the engine was loosing power so was removed to overhaul but didn't happen. I found that the ignition points were almost closed but engine has compression with finger in spark plug hole.

I haven't had a chance to check with Onan to try and verify date. Engine information :

number stamped in engine block 695565

There is an Onan engine data plate pop riveted to the buggy cowling with 2 pop rivets that was originally pop riveted to an engine with 4 pop rivets. The info on it as follows :

Model and specification no. CK  S/656N

Serial no. 72C695592

Oil capacity 6 pints

As soon as I can figure out how I will post photos of it all as I have read and followed quite a lot of forums but haven't participated and I'm older and somewhat computer unsavvy.

Thanks again all for the information.
