That’s funny I didn’t realize I’ve posted two of the same video :lol:

 

I’m hovering around 175-180 for weight.  It feels great that my max bench is 180, squat is 300 or over, and deadlift is 335.  Putting my weight into perspective really helps see what is being accomplished!

We aren’t really this fast, but it’s still hard work!
