Spring Mounts

referred  to  spring mounts on , throttle cable pull and  throttle plate , also referred to  spring mount wall  hooks for mower deck  hold point , first  photo , rectifier perforated spring mount , also is a ground point  with yellow electrical lug to headlights  . use screw in wall  eye  to mount spring and  made up hook , to hold mower deck to wall , made up various hooks from  welding tig wire ,  heavy hook for easy hook up and removal . add springs / hooks to perforated , for choke and throttle  pull close point .  have lots of hours and starts on this , consistently works ,  pete

@elcamino/wheelhorse   yes those spring hooks  are like a 3 rd arm   on  mower deck  hold up , use the tig wire  often as a go to point  in spring assist . also helped  with the spring cable assist mounting , once in place and lubricated with super lube oil , your throttle and choke work with total ease ,  and react to the  smallest setting change . always tinkering around to make things work easier . pete

After all that it's better but still some jump on the idler arm.

In belt chart it calls for hb/sl x 81 1/2.

Supplier sold me 5/8 x 82.

 

Do you guys think a 1/2 inch matters?
