Hey Guys, long shot in the dark here but does anyone have a good pump they are willing to part with for a D-180? TIA

I would by pass the original pump and add an electric pump or a vacuum pump from a Briggs.

 

New from Kohler is a ridiculous price..

Ummmm? what pump are you needing, the hyd or fuel? I'm guessing the hyd?

If it is the hydro pump you are better off looking into your existing one.  Over the years I bought a couple all from "Good Working Tractors"  The only good working tractor involved one of them was the one that towed the D 200 to the scrap yard...(it was beyond any repair)  the other took a significant amount of work to make it useable,...

Yea that's the problem, there is no pump to rebuild HAHA, I got a complete parts tractor with another sale that is not in bad shape but its missing the hydro pump.

@daveoman1966 has  rebuilt lots of Sundstrands and may have one.

I have, in fact, refurbed a dozen or so of these Sundstrand pumps, but I don't have anything on hand now.  

I think you'll find that the pump for the D series 'Separated System' is the same as a pump from a 'Piston-to-Piston' configurtion, such as on a C-160, C-120, or even a B-100.   The MOTION LINKAGE is different on the 'D' series...as shown.
