Well this isn’t sounding too good.What do you think?

didn't open, can you put it on YouTube and post that?  Finally opened after 3 minutes. Your drive belt had quite a vibration going on, remove it and see if the knock goes away.

@953 nut  You are 100% correct.I removed the drive belt, noise went away completely.

What  baffles me is that when I put the engine under load, without the belt installed and put it under load "the bottom of my boot on the pully" Im getting the knock again at higher rpm.

Bearing end play not correct ?or something else ? 

Shade tree refresh. new piston, rings, rod and valves and  hone .

Everything was just in spec.

 

 

I did not check bearing end play though that's what I'm thinking.The bearings seemed fine.

Any thoughts ?

@Jeff-C175 I removed them they were about to go,needle bearing  was shot.
