Original Onan P220 Air Cleaner Top Plate?

I found this very odd.  This is the first Onan I've ever owned that has a turquoise colored air cleaner plate.  This is on a 520-8.  Did this come factory on 520-8’s or did someone put this plate on here, from another engine?

Who knows maybe the motor is from a generator.

Engine is definitely original.  The generator engines were numbered differently, from my knowledge.  Most are also green aside from the welder engines.
