I came across what I believe to be 60s headlights that were attached to the hood of a 1960 Suburban. The seller would not sell me the headlights separately so I bought the Suburban. The only identification on them is stencilled on the back. One headlight reads "PMCo 401" and the other reads "PMCo 402". Can anyone shed some light on my purchase? Can anyone enlighten me on it? Owning quite a few HL-5 type lights, many of them NOS in the box, I have never come across that light with the " bug eye" lens. I have however come across many "bug eye" type lenses which fit the hl-5 housings. It is actually relatively easy to find such lenses, but not easy to find the more common domed lens with the square pattern. So there is the question. Did HL-5 kits come from factory originally with " bug eye" lenses, or are they replacement lenses?

Found these cheap lights on ebay that are virtually identical to the originals (except for quality of course) and less than $20.00 later including 1/2 rod here we have lights for another tractor. Cas
