  • C-120 deck belt and pulley.

    Hi, folks.

     

    I need an outer pulley (opposite the discharge side if there is a difference) and the belt that links the two outer pulleys together. I believe the old-timer that sold me the tractor used whatever he had that "might" work, Well, it did for the two plus years I've had it. But the spindle is flat-sided 180 degrees, so the pulley has to be the same. The cast pulley he had on there wasn't and it began to wobble. The bottom of the pulley beat itself to death on the hex bolts that hold the spindle on and then it shredded and broke the belt. Even if someone could point me in the right direction, I would be most grateful. I'm on my way to the stock car races this evening. If photos or more information are needed, let me know.     Doesn't look like any of the pulleys match what I have.

    What is the deck width of cut? 36", 42" or 48"? Three blades?

    Assuming it is a side discharge?

    Yes, side discharge. I measured the two outer blades tip to tip, and it's right around 42". I'm going to post some photos.
