wh500special 2,053 #6 Posted March 28, 2016 Any time fishin' is time well spent. We're at the other end of the locks and dams on the Mississippi. L&D 27 is right here where I grew up (Granite City). I've spent a lot of time sauger and walleye fishing below L&D 25. Good times when the lock swings open and a barge comes steaming out. I like the boat! My family has been vacationing in Minnesota for 40 years and I have always been amazed by the number of boats being drug up and down the highways up there. There must be a state law that says every house must have a Lund, Crestliner, or Alumacraft in the driveway. Here's mine: Great, tough boats!
