Momma kitty is a young Tortiseshell as is her daughter, the son is black with one small white spot on his chest. They haven't warmed up to us to the point that we can pick them up yet, but it has only been a couple of days. Well done Dick. Funny how animals choose the owner... especially cats. Good luck and be patient.

I had a minor victory this afternoon, walked up to the little male and he allowed me to pet him for several minutes, then was spooked by a door closing and ran to hide. Little sister will be a bigger challenge.

953 nut 51,682 #79 Posted February 15, 2018 (edited) Little update on the new family members. It has bee about six weeks and the whole family has warmed up to us and are becoming lovable lap cats. When the three of them get wound up playing it is soooo much fun to watch and they have accepted the fact that they are not welcome on the table or counter tops (thanks to a "ScatMat"). They all like the "Cat Home Entertainment System"! AKA bird feeder. Edited February 15, 2018 by 953 nut 5
