CVT delivered and v-belt length determined. Installing a ball bearing on the crankshaft to take any axial thrust and overhung load off the Kohler Command crankshaft sleeve bearings. Waiting for parts for the v-belt tensioner. I am hoping the v-belt drive will transmit the power from the jackshaft to the transmission without issue.

It will not be finished by the Portage show. Have to finish the belt drive, mount the brake master cylinder, electrical harness and some other work before it goes to the sheet metal shop. But can't wait to talk to you again.

This canary loves pulled pork. I'll bring some homemade Smokehouse Maple BBQ sauce to Portage.

Machining on the RH side of jackshaft complete and assembled CVT and v-belt drive with tensioner.

By the way @WHX?? aka Uncle Jim, the cardboard laying on the floor under the tractor is from my Traeger. See you tomorrow at Portage.

The v-belt tensioner is an equal length arm on the idler pulley arm with a trunnion mounted to the bottom of the frame and a compression die spring providing the tension load. View from the top.

The 702 fuel tank has a 1 gallon capacity. I don't think the 25+HP engine would run very long on 1 gallon so an auxiliary fuel tank has been added. I wanted it to look similar to a tombstone weight but higher. I left it short enough to see the Wheel Horse emblem on the grille.
