What do you think of the 212-6 kawasaki

There's a Wheel Horse 212-6  mower near me for about $825. 36 inch deck. Kawasaki engine. Its in a dealer though. I'm assuming a trade in. Generally speaking is it a good machine.

It's a small lawn tractor with a 36 or 37 inch deck, Typical lawn tractor geared transmission. Don't know anything about them.
