The Wheel Big Horse is for sale. I'm in the process of moving to northern Michigan and I'm not going to have room to keep this. Still runs great and still hasn't been mowed with! I love this thing and my wife doesn't want me to sell it but I think it needs to go to a better home. If you're interested send me a PM.

I gave this tractor a good looking over at the 2022 Big Show and was very impressed with the build. Too bad I am downsizing because that should be the prized centerpiece of any collection. :handgestures-thumbupright:

Since when did thinning the herd keep a guy from getting another?

I got a couple of nice 953s here for you Richard... oh that's right your downsizing... :ychain:

Good luck Randy ... I'm tractor heavy.

Good luck Randy!  I too checked it out and was quite impressed with it!  Good thing I’m out of tractor room!

Me too, I think I'd be in on that one! I'm surprised @AMC RULES hasn't already bought it!

Price reduced. I would really like to see this go to a member of this group.

Yep! Thanks Don. I found the port just need to figure out a fitting to put in there. I may have to tap it out. Probably explains the erratic throttle response.

It looks to me like this thing has no governor, which might translate to "erratic" throttle response.  You're probably running in "tiny carburetor" mode.  Which is to say the carb is way too small for the engine, and RPM is limited by the fact that the engine can't suck any more air than the carburetor will pass.

If this was in fact an industrial engine, I'd have expected it to have a governor and an updraft carburetor.  Does it have anyplace, like a blank in the camshaft drive area, where a governor might have been?  If so, might it be possible to find the actual governor that fits?  Or if not, maybe something could be adapted to run off the front belt?  Just sort of tossing ideas out there.

Not to be a downer, some parts of this thing are really impressive, but the induction and exhaust are pretty horrible IMO.  If you can find out what parts originally fit, it might offer some clues how it could be improved.

Delivery to Michigan may be possible since I will be traveling along I-80 and I-75.
