formariz 12,045 #1 Posted April 21, 2022 My Lawn Ranger has for bearings heavy bronze stepped bushings that actually stick out of wheel about 3/8" . They are worn and need replacing. Are there any bearings made like that instead of the bronze ones? Or I just need to use a regular wheel bearing and add spacers?
ri702bill 9,511 #2 Posted April 21, 2022 I replaced the worn-out bushings on the 502 I'm redoing with sealed ball bearings - available on the Jungle site & Fleabay - came as a kit with washers, snap rings & spindle caps - less than $30. Bill
pfrederi 18,708 #3 Posted April 21, 2022 You can use the same ball bearings used in other WHs. 1-3/8 x 3/4
formariz 12,045 #4 Posted April 23, 2022 This is what was in them for bearings. Probably not a cheap thing to do.
