Retired Wrencher 5,770 #1 Posted April 11, 2022 I have a 74 B-80 with a good shape original muffler. Trying to figure out the original steel piping from the engine block. I see it in the manual but only the muffler. Any help would be appreciated. It only has a straight pipe now.
squonk 43,780 #2 Posted April 11, 2022 I think on the 8's the pipe came out straight and the muffler had the extra piping built on it.

Too bad the manual does not show it. I guess you could call it the beagle muffler or other. Not a Nelson.

I have a Nelson muffler for a B 80 sittin in the shed. I got a pic of it somewhere. I'll see if I can find it
