truckin88 104 #1 Posted June 29, 2009 ok, so I got the drive belt off, thanks guys, removing the tension pulley was the trick. The drive pulley now has to come off, I loosened the two set screws all the way but the pulley will not move. this is the pulley for the drive belt on the crankshaft. Please help. All mechanical parts are in, so I would like to get this machine fixed and back together tomorrow. -Thanks, Will
truckin88 104 #2 Posted June 29, 2009 the answer to this is to go to advanced or autozone and rent a pulley puller, whe putting back on use some bearing grease, you will need the puller that does threaded holes. You will need 2 1/4x4 hex bolts, and 2 1/4 washers, it will pop it right off. Mine is already sealed up and back together.
