312-8 - No power to hour meter or voltmeter

Recommended Posts

I'm having trouble getting power to the hour meter and thusly, the voltmeter on a 312-8. I think this is a 1988 model. The model sticker is very faded, but I can barely make out enough numbers to do some searching on the files section here and determined it is 21-12K805

Here are the pics I took of the sticker:

Mainly wanted input about the model number, but any input regarding the electrical issue would also be helpful. I wanted to get the correct diagram before I dug more into it.

Fuses looked fine.

On the right side below the battery you will find a fuse holder, you may have a bad fuse or the fuse holder id corroded.

It may have been a corroded fuse holder. I replaced both fuses and the voltmeter started working.

Hopefully it was this simple.
