Fender Pan From Plastic To Metal

I am going to put a metal fender on my C-105, here is the start!

Got this on ebay for $10.00

Update put fender pan on tractor, plus new seat new bolts new gas guage and cap.Here is a couple of pictures!

Got the engine back about a week a go new gov.gear,Exh valve,new points,H10C plug,block bored to .020 over Crank ground with Rod insert.installed engine in tractor,tried starting it would not fire.So I disconncted fuel pump an rigged up a gravity flow gas tank,Hit key again she fired right up, bad fuel pump.So I bought a new replacement fuel pump mad out of hard plastic,it is working fine so far,oh yeah a new starter,new fuel line.I have been running up an down our road. The TWP Road Dept.has it closed down temp.

Slippery Rock,Pa.16057 phone or Fax(724)794-5723.But he send them out to get block bored, crank done, got to be in the area $35.00 For Bore job, $125.00 for crank and insert job. :thumbs2:

I got this all installed today.Tried it out for about an hour,the mower worked perfect

I don,t weld! But i took it to a friend of mime in the body shop business. he told me he used a piece of metal from, metal beams they use in buildings It was galvanised I believe. he used one of those wire welders.

A great Big :thumbs2: to all you guys for the compliments. I did not think I would ever get this far with it.I guess I am a stubborn old cuss, not to give up on her.She rewarded me today, I mowed about an acre of grass (weeds)included.Grand Old Tractor. Chas :thumbs:
